How can I place an order?

You can place an order directly from our website by adding products to your cart and proceeding to checkout.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible via our contact page. We will do our best to assist you before the order is shipped.

Shipping

What are the delivery times?

Delivery times vary depending on the destination. If you have not yet received your letter by the 20th of the month it is due, please contact us.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to many countries. The shipping cost is already included in the cost of the letter.

When should I subscribe to receive my first letter?

Baunty takes all the letters to the post office on them 3rd of every month. If you subscribe by the 3rd, your first letter will be posted that same month. If you subscribe after the 3rd, Baunty will already have mailed all his letters, and your first adventure will begin the following month.

Returns and Refunds

How can I make a return?

Please refer to our returns policy for all information. You can contact us to initiate the return process.

When will I receive my refund?

Once the return is received and verified, the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
